Key function values to memorize

Power, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions have characteristic values which you should memorize. In addition to these, you should also remember the important constants:
pi~3.1416, e~2.7183, sqrt(2)~1.4142

Integer powers

table of squares, cubes, 4th and 5th powers

Key logarithm values

log 1 = 0   log(10) = 1
ln 1 = 0   ln(e) = 1

Key trigonometric values

table of sine, cosine and tangent at 0,pi/6,pi/4,pi/3,pi/2,pi,3pi/2, and 2pi

Be sure you've looked through all of the values above before doing these. Of course, because we're just memorizing, these are just like flashcards: fill in each value, then click "check" to see if you're right.
